Philosophy
Rachel’s Mobile Fitness takes the individual—from novice exerciser to accomplished triathlete—and looks at whatever it is that motivates him/her. Whether it’s to get stronger and healthier, reach a new personal record, or just to enjoy exercise, the ultimate accomplishment is to reach that goal and have fun doing it.
Training Experience
Rachel Schey is a seasoned personal trainer, runner and triathlete.
Her unique approach to fitness stems from her background in sports-specific training, aerobic conditioning, dance, and nutrition.
