Rachel’s Mobile Fitness Training is a workout program designed to move with you. In her big red SUV, Rachel travels around San Francisco, bringing fitness to you. You choose the location. She can come to your home with weights and equipment, meet you outside for a coached run, or at BodyworkSF. Whatever it takes to get you motivated, meet your goals and achieve results, she will design a workout for you.
According to a current gym member survey, the #1 reason people claim to miss workouts is due to time constraints and a lack of convenience (gym locations, parking, etc.). Rachel’s Mobile Fitness gives you the convenience of working out in your own home or at a location that is convenient for you.
