Weights and resistance training:
Gain strength and increase fitness through a variety
of exercises meant to challenge and change your body.
Exercises include free weights, resistance bands and
body-weight exercises.
Marathon and triathlon training:
Rachel creates customized programs for runners and
triathletes including weekly training schedules,
coached workouts and sports-specific training
exercises.
Pilates Reformer:
At BODYworkSF, Rachel can teach and
guide clients through a series of Pilates exercises on
the Reformer, designed to target the entire body.
Tandem/Group exercise:
Exercise programs can be done with two or more clients
together in a bootcamp or partner format.
Sports Nutrition consulting:
Customized nutrition programs can be designed to help
each client better meet the results of their fitness
program.
Baby Boomer Fitness Programs:
Clients 50+ will benefit from the unique, attentive
style of Rachel's senior fitness program. Many
Baby Boomers who have never exercised end up feeling
stronger and fitter than ever before.
Walking Groups:
Rachel's organized Walking Groups meet bi-weekly for
mild to challenging walks that get everyone outside
and exercising in beautiful Bay Area locales.
